Fexible Cancellation Options

  • Within 4 hours of payment: Full refund
  • Within 8 hours of payment: 95% refund
  • Within 24 hours of payment: 80% refund
  • After 24 hours: Custom orders cannot be canceled as production will have already started.

Order processing begins within 24 hours of payment—custom dolls enter production, and in-stock dolls are prepared for shipment. Materials are allocated, and costs are incurred during this time. Please double-check your order before submission, as cancellations are not possible after 24 hours or once production starts.

Additional Information on In-Stock Orders

Please note that in-stock orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been shipped. If a cancellation request is made after shipment, any refund will be reduced by shipping, labor, and packaging costs that have already been incurred.

When an In-Stock Item is Unavailable

In rare cases where an in-stock doll becomes unavailable after purchase, we offer two solutions:

  1. Free Replacement – You may select a different doll. We will refund or charge the difference in price if applicable, and provide a bonus as compensation.

  2. Full Refund – You may opt to receive a 100% refund with no penalty.


2.Return Policy

Please Inspect Upon Delivery

We recommend thoroughly inspecting your doll as soon as it arrives. If you notice any issues or are dissatisfied with the product, please notify us within 24 hours.

Recording an unboxing video is strongly encouraged, as it helps us validate and resolve any concerns efficiently. Kindly email us at support@dreamloverdoll.com with detailed photos or videos to support your claim.


Resolution for Common Issues

We provide solutions for the following situations:

  • Wrong Item Received: If your doll does not match the product you ordered, please share a full unboxing video that clearly shows the doll, head, packaging, and shipping label. After verification, we will ship the correct product at no extra cost.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your doll is damaged during delivery, report it to the shipping carrier immediately and contact us. Depending on the damage, we will either send repair parts, a replacement, or arrange a refund.

  • Lost Packages: If the shipment goes missing, file a claim with the courier and contact us right away. Most orders require adult signatures to ensure safe and verified delivery.


Important Reminders

  1. Health & Hygiene: Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is unused and in brand-new condition.

  2. Do Not Return Without Approval: Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded. Always contact us before attempting to return a product.

  3. Custom-Made Products: Customized dolls cannot be returned or exchanged.

  4. Customer-Caused Damage: If damage occurs due to improper handling or misuse, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. Please treat your doll carefully and follow care instructions.

How Refunds Are Issued

If a refund is approved — whether for a canceled order or an eligible return — the payment will be issued back to your original method. Standard refund times are:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 6–10 business days

  • PayPal: 7 business days

  • Klarna: 7 business days

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, reach out to us for a transaction reference number, which you can use with your bank or payment provider to track the refund.
